Our work - our results

EMF application using " ProEMgen" technology - an affordable solution for:

- increasing the level of chlorophyll in plants in field and greenhouse conditions and maintaining it under stress,

- accelerating the germination of seeds of various crops: cotton, wheat, oats, barley, cucumbers, poppy and soy,

- increasing the growth of roots and shoots (weight) in good conditions and in stress, - improvement of absorption and content of nitrogen (proteins) in the plant and in seeds,

- increase in yield and quality of growth.

Automated and remote control of the EMF system using the ProEMgen generator

- the potential of automated and remote control of the EMF system using the ProEMgen generator will lead to further improvement of the remote control system according to the requirements of the practical application in future versions:

- adding a humidity sensor (as well as other necessary sensors)

- adding a radio module for lorawan for wireless communication - for installing the generator in greenhouses or in the field

- addition of consumption measurement to detect possible problems and malfunctions

EMF application for seed germination (it lasts 30 min) - seed treatment before sowing

Wheat, cucumbers, microgreens - acceleration of seed germination and seed growth

Czech blue poppy - three-year tests with EMF using the ProEMgen generator on poppy seeds confirm an increase in yield from 120 kg/ha to 170 kg/ha depending on the conditions, which gives additional income of approx. 400 USD/ha.

Soy - the seeds were treated with an EMF generator ProEMgen before sowing in the soil

The grain yield of the treated variant was 274 kg/ha higher compared to the untreated control variant. This is equivalent to an additional income of approx. 6000 USD/ha.

Effect of EMF on vegetative plants in the field

Economic effect when treatment of plants with the ProEMgen generator

Hops - application of EMF enabled increase of hops yield from 5% to 8%, conditions of the year had an influence on effectiveness of EMF

Vine - application of EMF allowed increase of grape yield from 15% to 20%

Effect of EMF on growing lettuce in hydroponic conditions

In plants treated with EMF, the increase in stomatal openness led not only to acceleration of photosynthesis, but also of transpiration. EMF-treated plants also showed higher chlorophyll and carotenoid content compared to untreated plants. However, this difference was not statistically significant.

Acceleration of wastewater cleaning of EMF applications using ProEMgen technology - advantages :

- in addition to the ecological and social impact of wastewater treatment, an economic effect can also be achieved thanks to energy savings during the operation of blowers.

- when testing the ProEMgen generator at a wastewater treatment plant (for 1350 Eequivalent population), an energy saving of approx. 6.5% was recorded.

- with a monthly energy consumption of approx. 11.4 MWh, 360 kWh were saved and with an annual energy consumption of 136.8 MWh, approx. 8.8 MWh .

Acceleration of bacterial ore leaching using EMF generator ProEMgen

According to experts, more than 40% of the world's underground gold reserves are in sulfide ores: pyrite (FeS2), chalcopyrite (CuFeS2 ), chalcocite (Cu2S), etc. Moreover, the gold in these deposits is in a submicroscopic, finely dispersed, difficult-to-manipulate state. Mining gold from such ores is profitable if copper, nickel, zinc, silver, etc. Are extracted from them first, and the gold is mined as a companion metal. Abandoned metal deposit dumps and flotation tailings contain on average about 0.1-0.2% base metal and 0.3-0.6 g/t gold. At these concentrations of base metal and gold, it is economically advantageous to process the waste by bacterial leaching.

Know-how
in leaching gold under the influence of EMF using the ProEMgen generator . The essence of our know-how is that during leaching, an antenna is placed on the heap or vat, through which EMF (electromagnetic field) pulses are transmitted. These pulses increase the concentration of oxygen in the leaching solution and bacterial activity. As a result, the leaching rate can increase by 20-30%.

Overall summary of the economic benefits of the ProEMgen

EMF generator application for individual areas (stimulation of seed germination, increase of crop yield and acceleration of biopurification):

Wheat and barley - yield increased from 10% to 25%

Czech blue poppy - yield increase from 120 kg/ha to 170 kg/ha

Soy - increase in yield from 180 kg/ha to 270 kg/ha

Hops - yield increase from 4% to 11%

Grape wine - yield from 15% to 20%

20% acceleration of lettuce growth in hydroponics

Acceleration of bio-purification of wastewater - socio-economic effect (energy saving cca 6,5%-15% )
